DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA FROM ORGANIC FARMING

The wheat undergoes no chemical treatements, from sowing to milling. Our organic durum wheat semolina is without any harmful residue, that could be deposited on grain, with advantages in health effects.

TRADITIONAL DURUM WHEAT SEMOLINA

They’re obtained from the mixture of different varieties of Sicilian durum wheat. Soil and climate conditions of the production area constitute the principal resource for quality wheat production, by inhibiting the mychotoxins formation harmful for our organism.

SEMOLINA STONE-MILLING

The wheat milling happens in one-stage process with the ancient technique of stone-mill: low-speed production maintain unchanged all nutrients and fragrances contained therein, by giving a consistent dark colour, characteristic of real wholemeal semolina.
